  The differential pressure sensor needs to be installed in accordance with certain regulations or through a certain design structure. It can effectively convert the change before and after the pressure into the relevant change of the pressure sensitive element, and then the weak signal formed by the deformation of the sensitive element The output is processed and modulated, or it is processed through analog-to-digital conversion and chip arithmetic processing to output a digital signal.

  Now take the capacitive differential pressure sensor as an example to introduce its working principle. The different pressures of the pressure transmitter on both sides of the measured substance pass through the high and low pressure chambers respectively, and act on the isolation diaphragms on the two edges of the sensitive element, and then pass through the element and the filling solution in the isolation sheet. It is transported to both sides of the processing diaphragm, and the electrodes and the measuring diaphragm on both sides of the insulating sheet form a capacitor respectively.

  When the pressure on both sides is different, the measuring diaphragm will form a certain displacement, and its displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides is different, then After the link of oscillation and demodulation, it can be converted into a signal proportional to the pressure. Finally, the signal can be modulated to obtain the modulated current smoothly. The current in the demodulator can be obtained by using an A/D converter. Effectively converted into a digital signal, the microprocessor can use this value to judge the input pressure value, and finally the microprocessor controls the relevant work of the pressure sensor.
